Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our handmade goods, and returns or exchanges are not permitted.

If your purchase arrives with a verifiable quality or safety concern (e.g., foreign object, spoilage, or unacceptable freshness/texture), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to review the concern and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We cannot offer refunds for items based solely on personal preference of taste or texture.

How long are the cookies/cake pops good for?

We recommend enjoying within 3 days but are acceptable up to 7 days. If you don’t intend to eat within 3 days, you can freeze for 3 months.
